Israeli medical blood tests

i smoked some stuff a few days ago
and i need to do some blood tests, totally medical.
do the hospitals in israel run drug tests on blood samples ?
if so, what could i do so authorities won't find out ?
i mean except not doing those tests ?
can i order them not to check my blood for it ? *stupid question*...
