It's not about drugs, but about the so called
war "against" them. If you don't read Hebrew,
here's a summary:
I went dancing,
police roughed me up for no reason,
I complained to "internal affairs",
the official response was "we couldn't find
any suspects" (they were police - mind you.
they're supposed to keep logs).
